We are delighted that you have chosen to purchase artisan-crafted textile from ODAYA Home and our team will ensure your overall experience throughout the delivery period is a smooth one. 

The products purchased will be delivered to your preferred address as indicated in the Checkout section “Shipping Details.” 

Your ODAYA textile is always carefully packaged in a luxury gift box, which is placed in a transport box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. 

We know you cannot wait to receive your order.  This is why we are careful to select the most reliable and efficient couriers for your destination so that your textile gets to you in time.

All orders in Bulgaria and orders beyond a certain spend threshold for other countries are free of charge.  If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the amount will be indicated separately in the Checkout, section “Your Order.”

For all available products, shipping is made within 2 working days and within this time we are usually able to customise the size of your fitted sheet, if your mattress differs from our standard sizes.

It usually takes up to 5-7 business days for the delivery to be made to countries of the EU and the UK.  Deliveries to countries outside the EU and UK may take a bit longer, depending on the country.

For custom made products (excluding fitted sheets, as above) please contact us via email at info@odayahome.com for lead time and delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item, you are entitled to a full-cost return within 14 calendar days of delivery.  We encourage you to communicate your decision to info@odayahome.com in advance of the return shipment.

Custom items are not returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified (wrong fabric used, non-customer-afflicted damage to the item, wrong size). 

Returned items need to be in their initial condition and packaging. Refunds are issued after we receive the items back and inspect them.

All refunds will be issued to the same card or bank account used to make the payment. Transfer can take up to 3 working days after issue of refund.
