Where do you ship to?
We can ship to any country of your residence. It is the customer’s responsibility to check if any special customs duties apply that may require an extra charge for clearance or may cause some delay in the delivery process.

Can I review the products when I receive them?
Please review our “Delivery and Returns” policy.
How is my order packaged?
All our products are packaged in luxury ODAYA Home gift boxes so they would be a beautiful gift to make or a keepsake to store your bedlinen in when not using.
Can I package my order as a gift?
All of our products are delivered in beautiful gift-boxes so there is no need of extra packaging if you have chosen to gift ODAYA Home bedlinen. If you would like us to include a special, handwritten note for the person you want to surprise, we would happily do that at no extra charge. Please contact us with the details.
Can I return the order if I am not satisfied?
As long as packaging and bedlinen are intact, all standard items are subject to return policy within 14 days of delivery. In these cases full refunds of the order amount are made, while customers are responsible for the return shipment cost.
Tailor-made orders, including custom sizes, are not subject to return.

Can I exchange my order for other ODAYA Home products?
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. If you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving your bedlinen, and they are intact, together with their packaging, you can return them by following the steps in our “Delivery and Returns” policy.
You can then select and place another order for the bedlinen of your choice.
Is there a cash on delivery payment option?
We can not offer a cash on delivery payment option on our e-store at the moment. You can pay for your order by credit/debit card or direct bank transfer.

What is the thread count of your sheets?
Textile is art to us. And just as you will never know the number of words in your favourite book, or the kilograms of paint in your favourite painting, thread count is not something that would have any bearing on your experience of artisanal bedlinen.
We focus on providing the best experience to our customers and that to us means using the best in class materials that match the delicate touch and feel of the handmade lacework and that would stand the test of frequent use in the modern home. We work with textile engineers and experienced artisans and seamstresses who take those decisions for you so you can relax and enjoy the final product.
Where are the ODAYA Home products made?
While various stages of our supply chain are handled by partners in other European countries, our products are completed in Bulgaria.
How are the products quality-checked?
Each ODAYA Home bedlinen end product is unique and as such is individually prepared by experienced artisans. The products are each individually quality-checked by them.
Our materials (fabric, threads, other input materials, packaging) are subject to stringent quality-check regulations and certifications at their production points.
What are the sizes of your bedlinen?

My mattress is not standard size, can I order a custom-size fitted sheet?
While we may be constrained by the widths of our fabrics for some of the colours, we will be happy to review the feasibility of producing the perfect bottom sheet for your mattress.

Can I mix and match?
Yes. Our sizes and colour nuances allow mix-and-match between different colours of the same collection or between items of different collections.
If you are unsure if some items may work together, we would happily have a designer from our team give you an expert advice.
To mix and match, you can select the relevant individual items and place them in your order.

Your products look delicate. Can I use a regular laundry machine and cycle for them?
We design our products in a way that they perform at their best with the regular care steps you take for your non-artisan bedlinen.
Similar to other textile products, each item in our collections comes with a care label on the inside. We recommend you read it carefully and follow the instructions.

I would like to buy a gift card. Do you have plastic gift cards?
We are delighted that you have decided to gift ODAYA Home!
Our Gift Card programme currently allows only for e-gift-cards purchase. You can set an e-mail for delivery: the e-mail of the person you are surprising, or your own e-mail so that you print the card, include a personalised message, and present it in person.
I have received a gift card. Is there an expiration date?
Congratulations and we hope your new ODAYA products give you more than a luxurious textile experience!
There is no need to delay, your order should be placed within 3 months of the Gift Card’s issue date.
Can I use my balance for a few different purchases?
Yes, you can use your balance for as many different purchases as you wish.
Please bear in mind, though, that by minimising shipping costs you may get more ODAYA Home value for your balance.
