What materials are ODAYA Home bedlinen made from?
Our bedlinen is crafted from premium cotton sateen, and the lace/embroidery details are hand-stitched with fine Egyptian mercerised cotton threads. This combination is chosen for a silky feel, durability, and ornate texture that stays beautiful over time.
Is the lace really handmade, and will every piece look identical?
Yes—each lace motif is hand-stitched by skilled artisans. Because it’s handmade, tiny variations are natural and are part of what makes every set unique rather than mass-produced.
Where are your products made?
ODAYA Home pieces are made in Bulgaria, with production and finishing in our Sofia atelier in collaboration with Bulgarian artisans.
Are your fabrics certified / safe for sensitive skin?
We use OEKO-TEX® certified cotton sateen and linen fabrics, meaning they’re tested for harmful substances and safe for direct skin contact.
What’s included in each set?
Each product page lists a “Set Includes” breakdown by size (e.g., duvet cover + fitted sheet + pillowcases, depending on the set). For example, a Queen bed-in-a-bag includes a Queen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and two standard pillowcases. Always check the specific set description for exact contents.
What sizes do you offer, and how do I choose the right one?
We offer standard Twin, Queen, King, Family, and pillowcase sizes, with a full size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, use your mattress measurements (width/length/depth) to pick the closest fit.
Can you make a custom size for my bed/table?
Yes. If your mattress or table needs a non-standard size, contact us for a tailor-made order. For fitted sheets, size adjustments are often possible at no extra charge if feasible.
How do I care for the fabric and handmade lace?
Care is similar to other premium linens: machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool/lukewarm water (up to 40°C), use bleach-free detergent, and tumble dry low or line dry out of direct sun. Iron cotton sateen normally, and iron lace gently (preferably through a thin cloth).
How fast do you ship, and do you deliver worldwide?
We ship worldwide. In-stock standard sizes usually ship within 2–3 working days. Delivery to EU/UK typically takes about 5–7 business days; outside the EU/UK can take a bit longer depending on destination.
What is your return policy?
Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. We don’t offer exchanges at the moment. Tailor-made/custom-size pieces aren’t returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
