As we searched for the most skilled artisans of the needle, we encountered many women who shared splendid textile artwork they had completed in the past and who would have been excellent dentellières in our team.  Yet, due to the exacting nature of fine needlework, as the years had passed, the strength of their eyes had weakened which did not allow them to work on lace anymore.

We were moved by their stories and needed to provide space for them to unleash their creative minds and skilled hands once more.  Our throw blankets are the product of these exact veteran dentellières who have decades of outstanding, dedicated experience with the thread and needle and are the living embodiment of craftsmanship and heritage.
